Property Accreditation Program

Our property accreditation program offers three levels of certified rentals: gold, silver, and bronze. The program is designed to give tenants comfort that the rental property meets a certain standard while providing landlords with the opportunity to charge above-market rental rates. Properties are graded on safety, location, services, comfort, and property policies among other criteria.
